Lift question. Am I understanding this correctly?

I have been looking into doing a slight lift on my 2025 Ranger XLT. Mine is only 2WD, but I do plan on getting the electronic locking differential next year some time.

I have been looking into the Eibach pro truck lift stage 2 kit and it looks like that is what I am going to go with. It says it lifts the front by 3" and the rear by 1" which will essentially level the truck and then give me 1" of lift.

I would like to maintain at least 1" of factory rake, and my first thought was to just take advantage of the adjustable part of that kit to achieve that, but then I found this:

Would this give me the extra 1" on the rear axle without needing to adjust anything else? That's the understanding that I had going based on the descriptions and I just want to make sure I am understanding it correctly.

The Eibach (or other brands for that matter) will not give you any lift in the rear, they give you a shock that will accommodate the travel required when you lift the rear up to 1”. To raise the rear 1” you will still need either the blocks that you posted a link to, or a set of shackles that would give you the desired amount of lift. Then get the shock that would accommodate the amount you rsised the rear.
The front coiliovers will provide the front lift without any other devices needed. However, if you raise the front the full 3”, you may need a new set of upper control arms to keep ghe front end geometry correct. I’m not positive on a 2wd, nut on 4wd models 2.5” of lift is the most lift you can go without needing new UCA’s.

I'd be completely okay with this. I don't tow very much, and never more than 3500 lbs, but the few times I do, I don't want that back to squat down lower than the front.

Yes, that is correct. The 2” lift in front of the and 1” lift in the rear would net you roughly 1” less rake than you currently have but would still have some rake, which in my opinion is a good thing from a handling when braking point of view.

The link you posted says 0-3", but IIRC, they come set at 2", as they are adjustable. You can go up or down from there. 2" would put you very close to level. Adding 1" in rear will give you the rake.
AFAIK, there's no difference in front end suspension from 2WD to 4WD. My '21 had the 2" coil pucks up front.

Bds makes a 1" rear lift. It says 19-23 but fits our trucks too because I have it on mine. You can find it cheaper from other places

I have a 2wd with a 2.5 spacer on front and 1" shackle lift on the back. Gave me back a little rake so I can still tow properly.

I keep stock size tires though, just a little more aggressive tread

I have a 2.5" lift, which ended closer to 2". It looks a little high up front. I was thinking of taking those out and putting 1.5" pucks, but I think it will be easier to add the rear shackles.

That was exactly my issue, it was so level it looked front high so I did the shackles.

It came out perfect and I always get compliments in how it looks. I imagine you will end up in the same boat
