First of all I have to say after 2 months, I’m loving this truck. Gotten so many ideas from this forum.. one thing I haven’t been able to find is popup tie downs for the stake pockets. I have a tri-fold bed cover and like to carry light weight cargo on the top, such as tubes to ride the kids behind the boat. Here’s a pic of what I’m looking for. Anyone able to find these?

Does anyone else have any suggestions to offer? Bull ring does not make them for the Ranger. I’m not sure what superj is referring to , but these are definitely not available off the shelf from a hardware store..

Maybe not that brand but they have those round rings that push down to lay flat at the hardware store. Probably a generic version

I've never seen a hardware store sell stake pocket inserts that lay flat when not in use. They would look like this and they have to be made specific for vehies. These are from Ford for the F150 but they don't offer them for the Ranger.

I had them in my 2021 F150 and haven't found any for the Ranger yet. If I do, I'll link them here.

The issue is that the Ranger doesn't have a pocket there. Pop off the covers and you'll see why you can't get the drop-down stake pocket bullrings for them. The best you'll probably find is some sort of ring that screws into the holes where the stake pockets should be.

I had those same Bullring tie-downs on my F-150 and saved them when I traded the truck. Sadly I was/am unable to use them,

Yeah. The access covers leak water into the cavity under the rail caps, which floods the bed thru tons of holes... yet they serve no known purpose....
