My 2026 RRaptor is held up at train depott

You can contact your dealer and get the train car info from them, as I did. Sadly my RRaptor is held up at the train depot near Hammond, IN. and has been since Jan. 31st. Was told weather delays have stacked feight cars up and delayed deliveries. Ughhh

To get your rail car updates, follow the following instructions...

Steps to Track a Ford Order on a Train
Get the Rail Car Number: Contact your dealer and ask them to provide the "Rail Car Number" (e.g., TTGX######) from their Vehicle Visibility Report (VVR).
Identify the Rail Provider: Ask if it is CSX, Norfolk Southern (NS), or another line.
Call the Automated System:
CSX: Call 1-800-235-2352.
Norfolk Southern: Call 1-800-635-5768.
Navigate the Phone Menu: Follow prompts for "tracing" a shipment. You will need to enter the rail car number. For letters in the rail car ID, you may need to map them to numbers on your keypad (e.g., for CSX, you might need to press 66 for 'N', 55 for 'K').

• Tracking Information: The system will provide the location of the rail car, such as the last city it passed through or its arrival at a rail yard.
• Final Delivery: After the train, the vehicle is transferred to a convoy (truck) for final delivery. Tracking often switches to services like United Road once it leaves the rail yard.
• Patience: Updates can be delayed by 24–48 hours.

True. Was really showing people how to track their vehicles in freight should they want to more than complaining.

At least it's in the US. When I ordered my 2022 Maverick I was tracking that all the way from Mexico to NJ. The weather across the US is definitely putting a damper on everything. Good thing you have a RR to drive while you wait!

Unfortunately things like this are not unusual when shipping vehicles from the factory. Regardless of brand.

Mine sat in the rail yard for a week only 100 miles from me. Not weather related, just scheduling and availability of transport trucks I am guessing.
