New RetraxOne XR installed

I've had the new retrax cover for a little while now but I've taken some time to post this because of an issue I had with it originally. I ordered the cover on black friday and recieved it 2 days later. Pretty stellar order processing and shipment time. Our forum rep Amber was extremely helpful getting pricing and orders placed. I got the cover installed and had an issue with a coupe of the bearings in on the cover and some binding. I reached out to Amber and she immediately had a warranty claim set up and within a day a new cover was shipped out to me. The new one was great and by this point the install was simple, since I'd already done it. Love the cover and it functions great. The only thing now is dealing with the original cover that they didn't want shipped back. Here are a couple of photos of the original with the issues as well as the replacement installed.

Very happy with the look and the functionality. Now if only the ranger bed didn't have so many places to leak!

Installed mine last week. Came with special brakets for the new Rangers but no instructions on how to install them. Wasn't immediately obvious to me how they went in but called them up and they emailed me the ranger bracket installation instructions.

Mine looks great and I love it. Putting on a Kuat Ibex rack system this weekend installed on the t-rails.

I installed the Pro XR a while ago. I remember the instructions had some steps in the wrong order. Once I had that figured out it made sense. My biggest issue was some of the included bolts seized and snapped when putting them in with the factory spray in bedliner.

Mine had the instructions for the brackets but like @Ag3ntC00p3r said the rubber seal install on the front of the bed had to go on after the brackets, contrary to what the instructions said. I figured that one out before I put the seal on fortunately. I had also heard about the bedliner issue with some of the holes and ran a tap through the holes first. That was very helpful to keep them from binding.

I've had my eye on the Kuat Ibex rack system as well, and have been wondering how well it works with a tonneau cover like this. It would be great to hear your experience and see some pics if you wouldn't mind sharing. - Thanks

So far I like it.
Just put it on today. I am missing narrow molle panels I ordered. But I sent my son to pick up my rack from a shop I ordered through and never got them. I am not sure if they weren't shipped or the shop forgot to give the panels to my son.


The brackets for the tonneau cover went on super easy and the rack goes on that just as easy.

I installed my riversmith river quiver on the rack today too.

I will try to get better pics tomorrow.
