Ordering system won't let the dealer order a Raptor.

Anyone having issues with the dealer not being able to order the Raptor, my dealer have been trying to place my order since Saturday and once they try to submit the order they are getting a error message saying something about the starter delete. The same thing is happening at their other dealership.

No. They are doing something wrong or need to contact Ford and find out what causes the error.

I am sort of amazed how dumb some dealerships are, there is an internal phone number they can use to call for sales support. The dealership did not have any issues with my order, but called this number (no I don't know what it is) to just confirm it was entered correctly.

I'm in the process of having the Manager input my order and they're having problems as well.

I hope this isn't a stall tactic.

Mine ordered for me and then when that was not an option (some of us got emails about our order) ordered to stock with same options.

Make sure they are doing it as a stock order.

My dealer stated they didn’t use CONCEPS or WBDO ordering system, but instead used a personal system to get my order through? I think they are all imbeciles, but if it goes through tomorrow I’ll update the group on how…

My Raptor was a stock order with a deposit that assures me it is mine when it arrives. Priority 20. Dealer is selling at MSRP. I can only hope I get it as my Christmas present. Fingers crossed.
