Just wiggle the connections to the park brake and ensure the connection is secure, I got this msg on 2 random occasions and that's what solved it.

If it truly stuck you could unbolt the actuator, back it all the way out, reinstall and see what it does.
Ya, it's truly stuck. I believe the computer freaked out. The only thing I undid/removed was the ABS sensor that goes into the front axel/rotor/caliper area. Simple plastic "floating" sensor that comes out very easily and back in very easily. IDK. The weird thing is, using an ODBLink and FORScan in Dashboard mode, I can see the computer reporting the parking brake going on and off with the switch, yet the back brakes are locked. Anyway - I took it to a nearby dealer that I trust so we'll see what happens. Also, when I dropped it off I noticed in the Ford App the TPMS system wasn't monitoring anymore either. I believe it's all a computer/software issue.

I'll share what the ultimate fix is. I still need to install my 1" spacers in the rear when I get my truck back. Hope that goes better than the front :)
