I'm having an issue with my rear brakes. The inside pad on both rear calipers rubs the rotor. The dealer changed pads and rotors as well as greased the slide pins on the calipers and the issue persists. It is back in the shop this week and hopefully than can diagnose and fix the issue. Anyone else have this issue? It only happens with the rear brakes.

I haven't had the time to check mine out yet,but I think my right rear is doing the same thing.
Please let us know if they have a fix for it(or not)

New rear brake shields is what they claim as an improvement that will take care of the problem. Remains to be seen, if that actually helps.

I haven't had that issue in normal driving, but I did have a big blob of mud get onto the rear passenger rotor when off-roading at an OHV park and it sounded like a freight train wheel squeeling so loud I had to close the windows.

Do you do an off-roading in muddy water that might be contaminating the rear brakes? The fronts never made a noise; it was both rears and one was far worse than the other.

Well..... Rear rotors and pads replaced. Some of the noise went away. Bigger story.. Most of the noise was the rear diff. Metal in the oil, set up incorrectly from the factory, warranty replacement from Ford. New diff looks to be set up properly and meshing like it should.
