Currently I have stock suspension, but I got these in line to be installed before my next summer overland trip.

Front: 1.5" lift strut spacers
Rear: Hyperco 1" lift spring (non-HD) + 0.5" lift strut spacers
Tires: TBD (still debating between 34" vs 35")

If you go with too much lift you will stress the CV axles, tie rods, and ball joints. You also won’t be able to get it aligned to proper caster and camber without new upper control arms. You’re also messing with the geometry out back too and may require adjustable rear arms and track bar relocation. There really isn’t much available for suspension mods on the Ranger Raptor.

Thanks and go advice. I don’t really want lots of lift. My intention was to increase spring rate to take care of additional weights in thr back from adding the canopy, awning, ski racks and another 100 lbs.
Totaling about 400 lbs at most.

Im waiting for another rear springs that will have less spring rate and shorter length i was told will bring down the rear by about 1 inch.

what i noticed driving to Utah that the truck was more stable than the stock suspension going around corners especially down hill.

My goal is to keep within 1 to 1 and 1/2 inches within the factory specs

Thank you telenerd.

By any chance you ski Telemark?

You should look into Eibach 500lb spring or Hyperco HD rear. They both will give about 1” lift with 300 pounds load. I believe they are slightly longer than stock with 25% higher rate (250 vs 194 lb/in)

Nice, how do you like your Openroad awning? I took advantage of an Easter $200 off sale and ordered one last week, for the Passenger side. How long have you had it, any issues? It appears to be mounted pretty far towards the rear, does your hatch hit? I would love to see some extended awning pics. Thanks.

john i have a Maxliner Venture canopy with 2 tone colors to match the truck paint. They don’t have too much color choices so most people buy the matte black version for $4100
2 tone add $300

They do offer free installation only in there warehouse-office in San Bernadino CA
It weights about 210 lbs

Finally im back from Raptor Assault and it was fantastic. Their trucks setups are all stock.
No lift, 35’s, no canopy, just rollbar, tire mount in the truck bed. There is a front bull light bar thats it.

They said Ford engineers designed this suspension for supple and soft ride and Fox live shocks adjust for driving dynamics for Baja style.

Anyways, done with rambling. Here are today installation of Kings front springs 128SP.
Hopefully will fix the rake close to factory and shift the weight backwards to load the rear more. It drives firm but control. It is not the factory design ride and I am in some ways disappointed. I cannot have all the benefits of factory soft ride and weight loading with the stuff I have.
Here are some photos and current ride height for your reference. First photo was before and after. Thanks for reading

Did you recalibrate the shocks? That might help with the ride quality.
This. You need to recalibrate the ride height sensors to maximize the ride quality as much as you can.

Why not the Eibach 300 lbs springs?

I'd do a 1" strut spacer up front to help with the rake.

BrrrRaptor I was traveling in Asia just got back. I need to get someone to recalibrate ride heigh.
Aonarch, I saw on YouTube that someone with rear King Springs 121 with 400 lb rear loading still retain close to factory ride comfort so i bought them. I added to front to level back to factory rake. I drove my truck a bit and find the control better than stock but stiffer than what I like so next step is calibration.
thx you both
