Plug patch on tire shoulder

I'm confused does the truck not come with a spare or is it a donut? I admit in my haste to purchase my go kart I haven't checked yet, I just assumed since all the wheels came in packs of 5 from ford it's like most trucks and comes with 5x the same t/w package.

The spare comes with standard rim with KO2 wrapped around it. I went with different tires, Yokohama G015, as I am not a fan of KO2 (in Thailand here)
