There's 4 neodymium magnets embedded into the transluscent head molding which also seals the LEDs...pretty strong IMO...if they do get knocked off, it's simple to put them back in place...BTW, if you read their info, they claim to have many pro installs who stand by their product...I don't doubt LUX is behind on orders due to demand...I waited nearly 2 months

I just saw this post, concerned about the 2 month wait. I ordered 2 weeks ago and they had a notice about delays of 2-3 days because of the holidays. I figured that was understandable, but they haven’t responded to my emails either. I am going to go a different direction if I don’t at least hear something from them.
