Oh yeah not cheap at all lol. Just wait for tunes and you'll be able to get 500hp out of yours too. Plus you can get rest of stuff for way less than 24k lol. It just won't have a Hennessey badge but I'm more than fine with that.
Sure is nice to have it all done and not have to tinker with anything sure. I actually like the stock bumper but if anything SVC usually has killer tube bumpers that just look sick.

I am honestly excited and curious to see the aftermarket support for the new gen Ranger Raptor after being passed by for aftermarket support on the 5g due to the release of the bronco. The supporting mods would probably be interchangeable with the non raptor 6g's too.

At this point I think it's already safe to say that 35's look the best and since the Ranger Raptor completed the Baja 1000 with 35's I'm all for it. But I would still try to avoid heavy tires, just saying.

I agree. It definitely looks better with 35's, but I personally don't like the wheels sticking out like in that video. They did admit that the offset wasn't friendly and to choose a more proper positive offset so I'll give them that. I think I would leave it alone but there is a small possibility that I would put 35's just to look better if they sit flush with the fenders.

I'm sure someone will make fiberglass/carbon fiber fenders and bedsides. I am partial to the widebody look and you can keep all of the Raptor features while making the truck look beefier.

Here's some pics of my 5g with wide body and 35's, and I can't help but look at the Ranger Raptor as more skinny now although I know it is a beast.

@Ford Motor Company thank you for the kind words.

If you guys need a mechanical engineer, design engineer, manufacturing engineer, quality engineer, or CMM programmer I am available to work in the DFW area or remote. I am currently a manufacturing engineer for missiles and defense, but I would leave it to work for @Ford Motor Company

I know my talent and diligence is hard to come by! PM me an email and I'll send over my resume.

I used my truck for my senior design project and designed +5" arms for the Ranger and a bed cage.

One of the reasons for keeping the RR on 33's was suspension travel according to the Ford performance chief engineer.

But why they drove 35s by the Baja Racing with stock Suspension?
I presume they probably added some clearance in the wheel wells by shaving or modding some stuff under there....

Biggest benefit of running 35's would be ground clearance id say....

The wheels they used on that racing Raptor, made by Method, had a special offset that was basically mandated by the class it was in.
There most likely was some minor modding for clearance sake.

Putting 35's on it is possible and has been done, but there are always compromises and trade offs when doing stuff like this.

DO you happen to know the specs on those method wheels?

Has anyone seen any photos of the Ranger Raptor with the OEM beedlock capable wheels on 35 inch tires? I've been waiting to see if anyone's done that but can't find anything. I might pester my wife to photoshop them to see how they'd look lol. I've been bothering her about wheels as well, I had her put the black Rhino Olive Drab Abrams wheels on the Shelter Green press car because I've been eyeing them for a loong time but.. I'm thinking those greens don't match up well lol.

Check this video with a friendlier +25 offset—It might be helpful. When I got my 23' Ranger Raptor, I slapped on a set of +35 Methods 703 from my first Gen Ranger Raptor, threw on 315/70 R17 F150 Raptor tires for a quick test, and honestly, I wasn't thrilled. Yeah, the ride was worse with the bald tires, but the car also didn't feel as snappy as it was with the stock 33's.

If people are set on going 35's on the G6 Ranger Raptor, then they really should consider the weight of the tires and wheels they put on it.
If you want to minimize as much of the negative effects as possible, you really need to consider a combo that weighs the same or less than the factory set up. The wheel offset also comes into play, but quite a few of the lighter wheels don't have the most favorable offsets.

For example, Titan 7 makes some dang nice wheels, but the offsets for Bronco/Ranger is -8 for a 17x8.5 and RTR's wheels are 17x9 with +30 and +0 offsets (they recommend the +0 for Sasquatch Broncos because of their standard 35 inch tires).
