Raptor Poll: Decal Package or not?

See poll below. Im typically a no decal or flashy decals person but spouse mentioned it helped it stand out from a jacked up Ranger by having the decal package. Looking at shelter green.

I say no. Especially if they charge more for it. I don't like de-badging vehicles, but I also don't like adding graphics. Clean and simple is my speed. Just personal preference though.

As far as differentiation goes, people who know these trucks will know it's a Raptor the majority of the time. I doubt they need a billboard to tell them. People who don't know, won't care about the extra graphics anyway.

With Shelter Green I’d probably even remove the Raptor bedside decal… but I do like the graphic package and voted that way. IMHO Oxford white and Iconic Silver look great with the package.

It depends on the graphic honestly. Im fine with the Raptor bed badges but not the decal package. Removing the bed stickers, while making the truck stealth, lowers so of what makes it special. To me the Raptor bed decals were enough "flash" for me.

I was shocked to hear it costs around 700usd for the decals, cuz where i'm from, you can't choose if you want it, it's included (unless you get the 2.0L diesel biturbo).

At first, I did consider removing the decals as I prefer a more minimalistic look. I don't really mind people not knowing if it's a raptor. After some time, I'm not so sure, it may look a little empty without the graphics, like just a big blank empty space. plus it helps protect (a little) against scratching.

I would take a discount rather than get the decals, but I wouldn't remove them after finding out they are (apparently) worth that much. having said that, I have seen them sold online for quite cheap. can't say whether they are the exact same as the originals, but it's something to consider.

I say to each his own. First thing I did with my F-150 FX4 was to remove the graphics, if I'm able to buy a Raptor next year, I'd prefer it without the graphics.

Raptor decal is enough. I would rather the Raptor be stamped into bedside instead of a sticker.

I purchased my RR off the lot where the truck already had the graphics. Leaving them on for now. I think the graphics look good depending on the color of the vehicle. On my carbonized gray, white and black, I think it looks good. Not so much on the red and blue versions. Just my opinion. To each his own!

I took extra time at the RR assault school when all the trucks were lined up to look closely at the graphics package.

IDK why some colors look good and others look terrible, but this is what I noticed.

White was the only truck that really good with the Digital camo.

On every-other color it didn’t look good at all to me.

Black and SG it looked the worst.

I stripped all decals off my CG and really love the clean look. Car/truck guys notice my truck more now because they think it’s some kind of custom Ford and ask about it at gas stations.

Go with what you like - for me shelter green has a lot going on in the paint the way it flops in different lighting and I wouldn’t throw another color palette into the mix (mostly the white in the decals).

Unlikely - the F150 Raptor has been through 3 revisions and always been decals. They sure like to emboss the tailgate “tramp stamp” model designation though.

First thing I did was removed the Raptor stickers on my Shelter Green. Looks way better without them.
