Ordered a tonneau cover for my Ranger from RealTruck on 6/6/24 and a few days later I got online to check on it and they said they didn't have it. But they do have my $ 1000 + dollars. I said what do you have and they said they had a more expensive one. So I said bill me the difference and send me that one. They can't do that. Now it's June 17 and I have to wait until they check again at the warehouse and then to the manufacturer. Not at all happy with RealTruck.

Can't they just refund you then you purchase the other cover.
If not call your credit card company and dispute the charge.

There have been plenty of bad experiences with them recently, and the dude with fingernail polish in their social media advertisement is a big red flag.

They are absolutely terrible. I ordered bedrug and tonneau from them a month ago. I won’t ever do business with this pisspoor company again.

RealTruck is just the middle man. They don't have my tonneau cover. They sent it to be made. Now I'm on a list to have it cancelled. There not sure when that will happen and not going to issue a refund. When I ordered they said it was in inventory and two days later I checked and they don't. And they don't know when I'll. get the refund

I ended up going with Syneticusa . Easy to install and seems to be working as it should. I need to install the rain tubes but I was going to get longer one's as I'm not drilling holes in my bed to drain any water.

The problem is Realtruck does not want to do what is right and issue you the refund because the third party vendor sounds like they will not readily issue back to Realtruck their payment to them. That should not be your problem but Realtruck is making it your problem.

If me, I would be giving Realtruck a short drop dead date to get the refund and failing that, start with the CC company and work the charge back.

Yes looks nice, was a little concerned about the rain tubes if they were in front and back and if they were aluminum. Also if they rattled on the road.

Yes, they are front and back. The front one's are in the case that conceals the top and the back one's are for the side rails. The tubes are clear plastic so shouldn't rattle.

I said that wrong. I was thinking that the retractable being in a grove might rattle when closed.

I ordered an impact bed rug for RealTruck, but determined a couple hours later it was not the right product, so I initiated the order cancel right away.
It took at least 1 day for them to respond, stating they would try to cancel it if the warehouse had not shipped, yet. A day later the warehouse shipped the product.
At least Realtruck sent me an RMA label to send the rug back and refunded my credit card a few days after they received the returned item. Unfortunately, I did have to go to a shipping center to drop off the box.
Not really their problem for my mistake - at least it was returnable.

FWIW I ordered my Impact Bed Rug from RealTruck and have really enjoyed having it on my truck the last few weeks. Originally I ordered the standard rubber bed mat from Ford, but after seeing the Impact Bed Rug mat online shortly after, I tried to cancel my order through Ford literally in less than an hour. Ford refused to cancel my order, and they said they would not accept it as a return either. Tried again a few days later since it still hadn't shipped, and the lady gave me a speech about how everything is automated by computers and they can't stop it from the moment the purchase button is hit. Low and behold a week or two after that I got an email from Ford saying the bed mat was on backorder, so I called again and they finally allowed me to cancel the order.
