Ride Height, 2WD vs 4WD XL

I cant seem to find technical data anywhere. Primarily Ride height of 2WD vs 4WD, and ride quality. Is there any difference? If they were side by side could you tell one vs the other (outside of stickers etc)? Would drive-ability and handling be any different?

4x2: Minimum Ground Clearance is 8.8"
4x4: Minimum Ground Clearance is 9.3"
From my understanding, the 4x2 and 4x4 without the FX4 package have the same ride quality. The FX4 package adds slightly stiffer shocks.

I have yet to see a 2WD Ranger. On the F-150 there is a noticeable difference.
