All of our pictures have the winch mounted inside the bumper, unfortunately I don't have any that were taken during our installation showing the winch mounted to the plate.

I have one from our global RR bumper instructions, but keep in mind it will vary slightly from the US version.

I also live in a front-license-plate state. OP could you share a picture of the flip-up front plate that was mentioned?

I like this bumper as well, and already have a winch sitting in the garage waiting to be used (it came off my '94 Ranger--and refuses to go on anything that doesn't start with the letter R).

I bought mine before the price went up. For what you get, I am very happy with the price and considering the lack of options currently available, I am not going to complain about it.
Winch has been on my list since I bought the truck and I am happy with the quality, fit and finish. I also have all their skid plates they have held up well under significant abuse.

I can't wait for this to show up -- I also picked it up before the hike, even at $2400 it seems like a good value, I have been happy with the skid plates and like you said, the other options are so far pretty bad.

Fit and finish seems great on these and the bumper checks all the boxes I had -- integrated winch, parking sensors, radar, fog lights and a clean mounting bracket for a 20" light bar. Everything I was looking for and it doesn't look like it was just made out of round bar stock.

The winch showed up yesterday, light bar today... Sadly bumper will be mid-sept as I missed the previous batch.

How much time did they charge you for the install? I watched the video, it does not seem very difficult, I'm tempted to just do it myself, probably throw in amber DRLs at the same time while I've got the bumper off.

6 hours including mounting the winch and the Rival lights that plug and play with the stock fog light wiring.
I opted for no light bar.

Sorry, let me take that back.(I should have checked my receipt before replying). We agreed on 6 hours for the bumper and they charged me another two hours for the winch and lights. 8 hours for all three items.
