Bags or containers fit for the “shoulder” of the rear seat. - to hold small tools etc…in the dead space between the seat and the door pillar. Perhaps Velcro attached to the rear bulkhead.

I’m not sure of the best installation position, but an additional cup holder or two would be awesome. Perhaps cup inserts in the rear of your existing center console cover.

I’ll renew my suggestion that the space in the back of the console would be perfect for a mount for a cup holder

Perhaps covers for the drive mode selector and buttons. Someone here was nice enough to share their design with me.
To help dogs that get out of back seats or accidentally hitting them.

Solid bed rail caps that won't need spacers for accessories and don't let in water through access caps at the top.

Longer mudflaps / rock guards, I had to go with Husky, at a much higher price, to get the length I wanted.

Dual cup holders that attach to the cubby hole in the back of the center console. The cup holders in the rear seat fold down armrest are too far away for front seat users and the door pockets are too small to hold anything bigger than a small bottled water.

Pet window guard like this:

Except I’d love to it to be operational with the window. Roll it up and the accordion compresses to close the window. Roll it down to open it up. The spaces don’t need to be so small.

Another idea, some form of foldable scaffolding shelf across the wheel wells in the bed. Nothing permanent like a decked system, but something that would fold up to not take a lot of space, but then when unfolded you can carry sheet goods or when you have a lot of gear you can create a temporary shelf.
