My 24 does not shake at all, my 25 RR drives me crazy fluttering in the wind, I have been playing around with the adjustments on it since I got it 6-8 months ago, still can't get it to set still like the hood on my 24 RR. I am about to give up and have the dealer take a crack at it soon as it needs an oil change or some other reason pops up to take it in.

I did order some hood struts I need to get installed and was in hopes maybe those would help in some way. Not counting on it, but thought it would be worth a try.
Wow if you've been messing with it for months then I wouldn't even bother adjusting my '25 as well...

I have ran those adjuster tabs in and out, many times in about every configuration I could think of.
IE. both sides all the way out, then all the way in, then one in one out, reveresed that, then tried different combinations everywhere inbetween.

Since I have 3 RRs, I even had the 2024 model (that is rock solid not even shimmer out of it's hood)
setting there next to the 25 both with the hoods open tried to mirror the adjusters to the 24 models and still not able to stop the hood shake on the 25. I think about a month ago was the last time I tried messing with it. Spent an hour or two adjusting it and driving it, adjusting it some more etc. etc. I finally got it to settle down a little bit, but still has way more shimmy or bounce to it then I care for it to have.

I am going to let the dealer's body shop take a crack at it here pretty soon under warranty.

Owning several Rangers as I do, 6 in total, they better not try and tell me that is normal. lol
I 100% know it is not normal. LOL

This is now the hood flutter thread. I have a 25 and my hood shakes a lot. Wonder if it's the latch needs to be lower and the "bumpers" higher????
LOL
I was thinking it must be an issue on the hinge side of things.
I have pretty well exhausted the hood bumper adjustments and never saw anyway to adjust the latch, I suppose it could have adjustability to it, just not sure how to adjust the latch.

I think there is an adjustment on the mechanism. I vaguely recall that being stated in the TSB for "hard to close hood". I could be completely wrong too... Lol
