I’ve been tinkering with my new autel maxitpms tpms service tool, and when I entered the make and model there are two options for tpms sensors for 2024 rangers. I wonder if the receiver modules in our trucks listen on both frequencies similar to the way some sensors can broadcast on either? I don’t know, but seeing this in the sensor tool at least validates why there’s confusion about which frequency is correct.

I have a 3/20/24 blend date and ordered 433MHz. I'll confirm this works on mine once I get the new wheels mounted.

To the OP - You mentioned the front is a bit higher. Do you think going with a 2.5 lvl would work or (someone help here) will that mess to much with angles and such. Stock, I'm at 2.5" rake, so a 2.5 lvl should put me "level"....or a little less due to front engine weight. Thoughts?

That last part is encouraging that the truck will just recognize the new tpms set rather than needing forscan or some such. I haven’t needed to do anything on my other cars beyond buying compatible tpms units and tire rack took care of that for me. Does your Costco invoice have any details about which tpms unit they used? Or which frequency?
Just wondering if you ever found out the TPMS frequency? I think 315 but not positive. Also which ones did you go with and are you happy with them? Thanks

I ended up reusing the factory sensors when I changed my wheels so I'm not able to confirm.

I bought autel sensors for my new wheels (https://a.co/d/5zQQE3e). I activated them using my autel scanner, which is crap as was my interaction with their support, but then brought my tires and wheels to the dealer to get the tires mounted. I don't know if they did anything at all with the sensors or if they just ignored them and mounted and balanced the tires, but when I put the wheels on the ranger the tpms just worked with no interaction on my part. I can't speak for the durability of the sensors, but so far they work well.

Not sure if this is helpful, but here are the actual TPMS sensors from a Ranger Raptor:

Thanks for posting that. I see it says 315MHz for the frequency.

All, just upgraded my '25 XL with Lariat wheels. The guy I picked them up from had tried them on a 2024 XLT and ended up going with a chrome set.

I had tire shop install new wheels/tires as I assumed they would work just fine. Long story short, I was wrong in the assumption they're all the same on G6 trucks. The '24 appears to have used a 433mhz while my '25 uses 315mhz.

Not interchangeable, and I had to swap the 315mhz sensors back onto the Lariat wheels.
