Tracking not working

I ordered a 2026 got the order confirmation from ford that day, then got an email with a production schedule date of Jan 19. In that email was a track your order tab and when I click on it and it comes to the order tracking page with my order number and VIN number already populating their boxes.
I hit the track button the following warning pops up "

The Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order.

Order Status

I know from my previous order in 2023 that the tracking website was unreliable at best and would often come back with no order on record or something like that but has anyone ever had this where the order number and VIN don't match.

Im not really too concerned because I go to my ford account and it shows that I have a 2026 "scheduled for production" I just can't get to that linear progress bar that you would normally get.

When I ordered my 2025 XLT back in February 2025, this would happen about once a month. My theory is that they do batch processing every once in a while or even maintenance on the system and it causes that. Whatever the latest status you received in your email or text message chain is accurate.
So bottom line - try entering it into the website again in a few days.

Yeah, not too concerned and I know they've had issues with that tracking site in the past but I am using the link that they sent to me with all the info already populating the boxes. This has never worked since they sent it to me a couple weeks ago.
I guess it's typical of ford to not be able to get shit worked out with regards to electronics and tech

I get the same exact error on my 2926 Ranger Raptor order. Got the same build date of January 19th.
