Hello All! We are currently in development of the new Gen Ranger Roof Rack and storage solutions! We are TrailRax, an American based business out of Woods Cross, Utah. Everything we make is designed, made, and sourced in the state of Utah and we pride ourselves in high quality products for your vehicle and next level customer service. Our team are all outdoor enthusiasts who use our products almost daily which help provide amazing products and innovations for Ranger owners.

As for the TrailRax Modular roof rack for the 6th Gen Ranger, We are currently working on our design of the rack and wanted to open up this opportunity for our audience to add a say or certain wants in what you guys look for a rack on your Ranger! Currently, we are awaiting the arrival of our Azure Grey 2024 Ranger Raptor and once we get that in, the R&D process will accelerate.

Our TrailRax Modular Roof Rack, or TRMR for short, offers a 90 degree press brake bent side panel on our rack that offers additional rigidity and stability to the platform while also offering slots on the bend to offer a full 360 mounting capability. Everything is made from virgin 5052 Aluminum to give you a lightweight but highly modular solution. Our wind deflector is designed from the ground up to accommodate the windshield angle and body lines to offer the best aerodynamics and wind noise reduction as possible. Our new designed cross members are manufactured by TSLOTS in Clearfield, Utah which we work closely with, and have a specifically designed cut out that allows you to drop in hardware to install accessories and other items to your rack. Furthermore, our TRMR Roof Rack line has a everso growing line of accessories made by us to mount a bunch of different gear and equipment for your needs whether it is for Overlanding, the job site, hunting, or anything else!

I have no idea what a good rack should have, but if it can double as crossbars and be compatible with the ROW adjustable chase rack (in case we get it here) that would be awesome.

Edit: and molle panels on the sides of the basket.

you got a link to this ROW adjustable chase rack? For crossbars we are estimating 5 TSLOT crossbars will be utilized on the rack, with additional ones to add if the user desires. With that said, our side panels will have additional slots to add or move crossbars throughout the system to give modular ability.

It may not work in the states with our high-mount brake light, but I'm sorely tempted to try and make it work due to the flexibility it offers.

Yeah our Rack should work with that. Cannot confirm if items will be perfectly level considering we have not determined the height our cab rack will sit at. From the images our goal for a cab rack height should not be too far off of what that model you linked is at.

This Ranger Raptor TrailRax Modular Roof Rack will come with our standard 90 degree pressed side panels to offer unparalleled durability and stability, 360 mounting capability throughout the rack, Utah made TSLOT extrusions with a custom cut out to drop in hardware, and a wind deflector that matches the angles of the body and windshield to offer superior aerodynamics. The wind shield will also option for different light bars and pods for you to customize your Rack and Ranger to what you like most.

I just got my Ranger XLT yesterday. I'm in Tooele. I'd be really excited about a rack made here in Utah. Please also consider some kind of permanent mounting, like in the roof gutters.
Now I just need to find a fab that can do real rock sliders to bolt to the frame.

Hey! Ours will be permanently mounted to the roof through factory provided holes. It will be a no drill, bolt on rack for the cab!

I was under the impression that there were not pre-drilled and threaded holes in the roof of the US 6G Rangers?

I've seen other threads where there were pre-drilled holes under the gutter trim on the Ranger Raptors, but I don't know about the standard Rangers like mine.
