I switch almost every renewal depending on which company is cheaper. I've had State Farm, Progressive and now Geico all within the past 14 months or so. But I"m down to $90/ month for full coverage with Geico currently.
Geico as well. They have the best prices for my area, and when my 2001 jeep XJ got stolen (during the car shortage during covid) They paid me $9400 for a 2001 with 170k miles...I never signed the paperwork so fast as i thought they made an error. LOL.

So im sticking with them for now. Pay about $90/car.

Doesn't matter what we use, your insurance is based on you, your location, credit score, and so much more. Go online and fill out a bunch of quote forms and see who works best for you.
This is correct. I moved 7 mins up the road and my insurance went up a little as it's consider a less save area, based on some data they have.

I am trying to remember my service date while in the Coast Guard to qualify.
I thought Coasties got DD-214s as well? That's got your service dates.

Anyway, USAA but I'm getting a bit annoyed with them, so thinking about going back to GEICO who I had for 25 years, 25 years ago, until they annoyed me... Anyway, GEICO seems to be cheaper than USAA again, but they've both been good companies over the years.

I just switched from USAA for both my home and car. I saved about $600 a year. I get online quotes from all the big companies about every other year. I went from around 10 years with Geico to 15 years with USAA and now Progressive.
