Installed the Redline Tuning Elite struts today.

• Came in a cardboard tube, which is nice to see, so the struts cant get bent.
• Little disappointed they are using plastic bags for every part (6) total. The hardware should be in paper bags. No real reason each bracket and mount needs its own little plastic baggy. All the labeling is on the part it self.
• A full color print out of instructions is provided (it is also in a plastic bag on its own). They are printed in a decent quality. I would of personally like to have seen an option to omit the instruction page and just scan a QR code and use my phone.
• They should include a QR code to scan either on the tube it self, or on some interior packaging.
• Instructions are nice, clear, and call out exactly what tools you need. All part numbers are on the part it self, so it is easy to follow along.
• Once the brackets are installed, they clip in and work as expected. My only nit pick is the ends of the struts are plastic. I am assuming this is done to prevent corrosion issues against the ball joint, but there is a worry that it will grow brittle and break over time. But that's a problem for future me later. With a 5 year warranty I'm sure its fine.
• Id like to have seen a sticker included with the part to slap on my tool box.

Powder coated the skid plate much better than the silver IMO. I need to now paint the silver piece where the two parking sensors are as well.

Thanks. It is a semi gloss black. I think it’s 60 percent gloss. I didn’t want a super glossy finish but I didn’t want matte either. Do you know the color being used to match your bumper for the silver piece?

When I bought my raptor it had a scratch on the bumper so the dealer is fixing the scratch and while it’s getting repaired I’m getting them to spray the silver piece. So I’m really not sure the color. Someone on here said the paint code was jnv
