Installed a new hood rock guard. The aeroskin 1. Looks ok but I should have gotten the aeroskin 2

Finally installed the MOLLE panels from American Adventure Lab. Note that if you have a bed matt you should remove that first then install everything. I cut the lip of my bed matt towards the bulkhead to allow the water that does get in to leave the bed instead of puddle up. The rest of the lip remains

Test fit some
dynamic diodes with American Adventure Brackets! Brackets are well made and quality. The ditch light brackets for from Amazon.

Now to drill the front bumper to put the front lights. Brackets also from AAL.

then I’ll wire them up after the Labor Day holiday!

I took the Ranger on its first long trip.

Went from Atlanta to central Florida.
The adaptive cruise is awesome. I had it set at 9 mph over the speed limit, and when the speed limit changed from 70 mph to 65, it automatically dropped it from 79 to 74…… It kept the same overage.
Pretty impressive.
For the last many years, I made this trip in a full size Chevy pick up, or my Ford Bronco.
This truck is my favorite for long trips for sure.

I took the 718 once……… not a wise idea!!!

I checked the Weather Channel, and it said Zero rain in Florida today and tomorrow, and no rain in Marietta for the next 12 days.

So I decided to wash the Ranger for the ride home since we drove through rain on the way down. Leaving in the morning, so collect the washing supplies, and Florida did what Florida does the best:

Sounds great you had a positive review of ACC. With mine, it’s jumping 20mph faster than what I set it at. I am going in next week to have it serviced.

Why does yours highlight in green? Do you have lane centering? My ACC doesn't look like that... it is blue and has "bumpers" on the graphic. And orange if you deviate from the lane

I will have to check mine again. Yesits strange that mine is green, and I think mine turns red when veering off the lane.

Another thing that it does when I am in adaptive cruise control the warning keep hands ones testing wheel also illuminates more frequently flashing orange and then red. Then the computer shakes the steering wheels

Today I drove with ACC/Lane Centering on for the first time. I have to admit it was impressive. It drove me around curves and stayed centered in the lane. Crazy!
I'm old, this is like witchcraft!
Did not get to see what speed limit changes or slower traffic feels like though. I kinda dread that...
