There are a few things that should have been included or made options considering the price:

Cooled/ventilated seats
Rear cabin HVAC
Cloth or neoprene option

Also the interior knobs/dials except the headlights are really cheap, I can feel the seams from the plastic injection mold on the drive mode selector. The Bronco knobs/dials are just fine, why not use those?

And why are there not physical buttons controls for the HVAC when they are at the bottom of the screen all the time anyways.
I would glad pay an extra 5-10k for more unp scale interior, higher end leather, cooled seat option, resr seat vents, sunroof, more premium materials.
Overall I really not disappointed in my RR at all, I guess proof of that I did buy a second one. Lol

I really didn’t notice much difference in the nobs from my Bronco to my RR.
ā€˜I always felt the RR was nicer inside overall compared to my Bronco.
ā€˜This was my Bronco.
ā€˜It was a great daily, terrible road trip vehicle, somewhat crude inside, and I hated all the road and wind noise it had. That said , I do sort of miss it too.

What sucks is now, if I wanted to get another one, I can’t get a 2dr Bronco near as loaded out as mine was, most importantly you can’t get the 2.7 v6 anymore in a 2dr.:crying:
2025 was the last year, and it was only offered in the Stroppe eddition.

Very nice. I used to have a 2014 Raptor in supercab, and even with it being 12 inches shorter than the regular Raptor, it still felt too big. Parking lots are a
Yes those were awesome trucks too.
I had a 2010 6.2L super cab Raptor.
Another really awesome truck.
But the width was bear, but that short wheelbase sure made for one heck of tight turning radius for a full size truck. So I knew that going into the TRX , but still the TRX was a must have for an old truck junkie like Me. I was setting at the Dodge dealer check book in hand the day the order bank opened to place my TRX order. With that first Raptor it was sort of similar deal, but I did wait for 6.2L to get released to order.
That Raptor Pulled like freight train too.
That 6.2L Ford was a bad mama jama for a NA motor.

Hold up, I am tripping because I always thought the shorter wheelbase gave it a better turning radius than the CrewCab?

I think that’s what I said , it had one heck of a tight turning radius for a full size truck. .

More to best midsize truck topic.
ā€˜Pickup truck and SUV Talk seems to be agreeing with us Ranger owners in their new video tonight on the subject of best mid size truck.

Seems they are picking the Ranger as the best Mid-size truck.

Here is a few more really good comparison videos.

The Ranger Raptor mops floor with the competition in quarter mile testing.
Those turbo 4 bangers are not even in the same league as the RR.

I'm so glad the Raptor exists. While it doesn't appeal to my sensibilities, I appreciate how the Raptor enthusiasts are singlehandedly carrying the Ranger reputation!

I'm with a previous post that only thing that would make the Ranger Raptor any more likeable would be to stuff a Coyote V8 into the thing. And really, the only big change would be getting that V8 engine/exhaust note. Ever since I traded away the GT350, I've been missing that sound (and by "missing that sound," I mean being a whiny baby about it).

I miss my GT350 as well but other than sound the 3.0T is lighter and with a tune makes more power than the Coyote and WAY more torque.

Yea I would love if baby turbo engines could sound like a CPC coyote, but most vehicles sound absolutely dog turd these days (if it's not fake sound on top of that) so anything passable is a plus.

Then again, I actually love a bit of turbo lag too because it feels fun like the old 90s cars, I know people who care about numbers hate it. It's more experiential to me than pure stats thing for most cars.

I think supercharged V6 in the raptor would have been more interesting but I know Ford isn't on that FI path.

I feel like that's a lot of folks' sentiment. I get it, it's the "baby Raptor" and it can't outshine the F-150 Raptor, but with the endless options list that can be seen on F-150s, I'm kind of surprised that there isn't an option. I like my Ranger Raptor as it is aside from not having cooled seats, so I'm on the "poor man's" path in that I'm pretty well set as it comes. But why can't Ford give the option to select a sun roof, or upgraded materials, or or or... You still get to keep your market with the base Raptor, but you can scrounge up a pile of coins to option this thing up - and I think there would be a lot of takers.

Low production numbers and a pain to change the assembly line with too many options? I dunno... I feel like the '24 and '25 (looks to be '26, too?) are just testing the waters to then expand pending consumer take.

Now if that Ranger Super Duty makes it Stateside...

They still make the van, just not the titan.

The 2017 4x4 titan sv was quick, stock. 0-60 in 5.9 seconds. Mine was a texas titan so the only stuff i didnt have was the sunroof and leather interior. I got complimented all the time but that amount of chrome is not for everyone.

šŸ‘The '18 Texas Titan was my last truck. It was not a bad truck at all. Nissan did a lot of customers a disservice when they discontinued it and then expedited parts non-availability.

You show the outside when I mentioned the interior. The Bronco controls are rubber lined and/or are much higher quality than the controls for the Ranger.

Well I wasn’t really trying to prove the interior quality with the pics, just that I that I did have a Bronco. I wasn’t drinking the Ranger kool-Aid, just my thoughts on having had both as well.
ā€˜Mine was there top model 2 door. I just didn’t think the interior was as nice as the RR. Not that it was bad, the leather seats in the RR seem more premium or softer feeling.

I just didn’t remember the knobs being anything special not really good or bad, but didn’t think the knobs in the RR were particularly good or bad.
