If you are going to these extents, someone mentioned earlier about something being near the windshield cowling.

" Under the hood. There are small clips holding black piece attached to windshield. Lifted up. You’ll see a black plastic piece that is LOOSE. That rattle is what you hear inside the cabin passenger side. It’s not inside the cabin. But you hear it like it was ;) "
funny enough i went in that area today and secured all the loose plastic pieces. Zero change in the rattle

I was told by my dealer that this was going to become a TSB. It has not. Sorry. Out of my hands. But I can tell you another RR owner on a facebook raptor page saw my post and helped his cause getting the same issue fixed. I'm sure there are more out there with the same creaky dashboard.

Here is my squeaky dashboard! Back from the dealer with foam inserts. Not squeaky clean...

I am still chasing a rattle in the dash of my 2024. It's coming from the dash on the right side.
However, mine does not sound like the sound clip.
Mine literally sounds like a loose screw rolling around inside the dash.
Sometimes turning one direction or the other times, you hear it accelerating or decelerating.
Also does it in rough terrain as well.

I pulled the glove box out several times trying to look as well as feel around up under the dash for a loose screw.

It's like metal on plastic sound tap tap tap tap tap tap ...... till reaches a stopping point then sounds like it goes back the other way, just like something sliding around up inside the dash.

Tried making short video of my dash rattle, screw loose , whatever it is.

Ordered some specialty tools to try and chase it down without pulling the whole dash out.

You definitely have a screw loose. Sorry, couldn’t help myself. Does the sound change if you cycle air to or from the window defrost, dash vents or floor? Could possibly be a linkage to a hvac valve.

Good idea!
I have not tested that.
But worth a shot .

Still under warranty? Make it the dealers problem. That’s what I did. I would have never figured out my issue without the dealer troubleshooting it.

I was thinking about that.
Isn’t squeaks and rattles just covered for 12/12 (12mo or 12,000 miles)?
I am over on both if it is.

Plus I hate taking stuff in like this, for various reasons. I suppose I will have too, if I can’t figure it out .

Sounds more significant thana squeak or rattle. Sounds like something is or has come apart.

on my old truck, the nissan titan, i had a weird sounding one, like a coin that was spinning. i would have never found it. the dealer found it while replacing the engine and said the factory cross threaded the motor mount and looked like they couldn't tighten the mount bolt down so the washer was loose under it. that was that weird spinning sound. never happened again after the brand new motor was dropped in.

hopefully yours is just a screw that is sitting on top a bracket or something, @cc1999

Everything feels tight, and once that Screw or clip or whatever it is slides over to one side or the other and stops moving, it really is dead silent in the cab other than the engine or exhaust sounds.

It is my hope that I can use that camera scope to find it without pulling the dash apart then use the magnetic recovery tools I ordered to fish it out there.

I think I finally found that loose screw or fastener, rattle I have been chasing.

After scoping every vent and pretty much every inch of behind the dash with my new toy, went back to trying the old fashion tapping and banging on stuff method. Lol 😂

Finally think I found it or pretty sure this is it.
Likely a side effect of having the roof sound deadened a few months ago.
‘Something came loose or didn’t get put back where it goes. lol 😝
