What's with the shipping dates constantly changing?

My build date was february 28th. Went to built march 10th. It has changed shipping delivery days four times since then. Went from the middle of march to now.The end of april. This crap makes no sense. I know I'm not the only one in this boat. Anyone have any insider information.

I have a March 10 build date and my ship date has moved back 3 weeks from late March to mid-April already.

They went dark about that time, just never removed their profile.
Shipping isn't done by Ford it is done by a shipping company and if no trucks/rail space available then it gets moved. I know railcars are in short supply and there are only so many car haulers.

Mine went from 3/14 through 3/20 to 4/18 through 4/24 and i just check and it's now 3/24 through 3/30

Something is definitely fishy. Perhaps some system maintenance, or order shuffling. ? It is Thursday, and Thursday/Friday is when scheduling happens, right?

I had scheduled production week of 3/31. Now the tracker says "The Order Number and VIN entered do not match with a corresponding vehicle order. " Huh?

I have the same production date as you and am getting the same error. Looks like the system is having issues or being updated.

Ford made a post that they will no longer be monitoring this forum. Better off contacting customer service but they will just give you the same dates the dealer can see and won't divulge the reason for the delay.

Most of us with early 2024 builds went through the same thing. The order tracker was stuck in production yet customer service/dealer could see ship dates. My ship date changed four times. The last time it changed it was pushed out 2 weeks but then showed up at the dealer a day later. My dealer was only minutes from the plant though. The reason for those delays was due to a quality issue. Could be that or part availability.

Well I just checked my order status and it says it can' find my vin now. I am going to call my dealer tomorrow.

same. The dealer actually told me it was in transit Tuesday. Tracker updated to built Wednesday at 2am with an estimated delivery within 12 hours that estimate was pushed back 2 weeks.

and now i have the same error as the rest of you. Interesting we will see what happens
