I've purchased two trucks from them, 2017 f150 lariat special edition,. Then I traded that for a 2021 ranger lariat tremor. I got a call about this RR and was about to pull the trigger on it until they made me the offer on the tremor with 24k miles. They offered me 28k..wtf!!! No consideration for loyal customers because they know it will sell and just want to take advantage of people. I will never buy another truck from them I'm just going wait for my order from another dealership.

Businesses are not your friends, and they dont care about loyalty. 28k is on the low end, but its not like its an insulting offering. Looking online your truck at that time would of been about 32k-34k, so thats about right for a dealer offer since they need to make money, as they are a business.

Why low ball a loyal customer? How about a fair offer? 30-31 would have been a fair offer and 28 "was" an insult. I can appreciate your perspective but here you have a repeat customer walking in your door every couple of years ...uh I don't know maybe treat them with a fair offer..not low ball them right back out the door.

I bought my 2020 F150 Raptor from them. I ordered it @ invoice price. I can't complain. I don't compliment too many service departments, but they were good and got me in on short notice.

Called last night to pick it up this morning. After arriving at the dealership and test driving the truck, I was told by a finance manager that they don't sell at MSRP to non-Maine residents. I'm from Seacoast NH, the salesman knew this as I mentioned it when I called to set up my appointment (in which I also confirmed it would be sold to me at MSRP). They apologized for the confusion as the salesman wasn't aware of that policy and "did the best they could" to adjust the markup ($5k btw) but wouldn't remove it completely so I walked. Sad that dealerships would almost refuse business that they wouldn't have received otherwise. I wouldn't even bother if you aren't from Maine.

Few more bits about the truck:
- Originally delivered to Hight Ford on 7/11 and dealer-traded to Darlings only a few days ago, so it's been around for almost a month now
- Currently has about 150 miles on it. 66 miles from one of the images on Hight's listing +70 miles for transport to Darlings, not too much extra in there so probably not a ton of test drives
- The 2 dealer-installed options were missing from the truck (~$600 worth). Darlings wasn't aware of that until I brought it up. They said they would ship the parts out after confirming that Hight Ford still had them.

Wow. I was not aware. One of their big selling points I had heard was no ADM's. Guess I was wrong.

Things are only worth what they're worth. Without additional info $28k trade value doesn't sound bad for a 2021.

Complete BS. Healy Ford in Orange County NY wouldn’t sell to me bc (get this) I’m from New York County. Not even a different state!

And we wonder why care salesmen are always used as an analogy for scumbags

I found a used 2023 Tremor 5k miles for $37,700 at a Ford dealer. Hard to give you $35,000 or even $33,000 when there are comparable trucks, newer, less miles for that.

I hope you bought it..that's a great price for that truck..the numbers I'm getting from my bank are coming from KBB and JD powers. For whatever that's worth it's all I have. Rough trade 28 clean trade 33-35

I got a little excited when I heard about this truck, and I was going to drive up and take a look at it. But I always google the VIN, and I saw the pictures on Hight's web site. Now, I really didn't want the graphics and optional wheels, but the seats sealed the "I don't want it" deal ... yuck ...
