Why Is This So Ugly? (seat belt cover)

Is it just me or in the RRaptor should this seat belt cover look nicer? Or maybe black?

A lot of Fords modern rubbery plastic is nice a black from factory but oxidizes over time and gives off this white residue. If you simply take some trim shine or spray wax and rub it, it will return to the original color.

Yup. I have seen the same on my 2024 exterior rubber trim pieces.

It’ll shine up! Just do what’s listed above by Cosmic…. and it’ll be gone! It’s not a big deal. Take 3 minutes of your time and it’ll be done and less likely to return once treated.

I noticed that same thing on my front passenger belt. I will give the suggestion that @Cosmicjumperalex03 shared a try.

Mine look like this too. Will probably hit it with some 303 aerospace protectant.

Tried with 303, didnt fix anything. Will give something else a try
