I bought this WildTopp topper last fall and installed it about a month ago. I intend to use this in the summer and return to my hard tonneau once winter arrives, primarily to maintain it in good shape for as long as possible and for the ease of removing snow. It is truly a quality product, and having an integrated rack is a bonus, as I like to kayak fish during the summer. Access from three sides is also super. Very happy with the purchase and the look. I have no trouble finding my truck in parking lots! Delivery and installation were straightforward. Good stuff!

its actually a soft camper? i had a softopper on my wranger during the 10 months of warm weather here and liked it alot. the only times it ever made me worried was when i had to go to houston or san antonio because of theft.

how much was it? whats it look like inside? is it flapping alot and beeating up the sides of the bed where it sits or touches or does it have some clips that it slides into that get mounted to the t ruck somehow, like the softopper did to the jeeps?

OP, that's a good looking cap. I don't know if I could handle it not being secure though. But regardless, it looks great.

It doesn't flap at all, even at highway speeds. It connects to the bedrails through the stake pockets, very secure, 8 bolts. Security would be an issue, but i do not regularly carry much of value in the back. I will be building a wooden box to slide my golf clubs in sometime this summer.

Really nice! I really want one myself, about to pull the trigger.

Can you post pictures of the brackets? The raptor has weird bed rail caps (not sure regular ranger is the same) and I’d like to see how it attaches

cheers

You can’t see much at all once it’s installed. Only the bolt heads protruding from the bottom tool. It’s a great install on the Ranger and I’m certain the Raptor is the same. Lift off the cover of the stake pockets. Drop in the included shims, set the frame on top, insert and fasten the bolts. Specifically designed for the Ranger💪
