I got my email, basically it says they are going to email me every 45 days.

"Supply Chain Issues" is the easiest scapegoat to go to and just kicks the can down the road.

I got my VIN today and it says they expect to build it the week of September 18

Im 40 days in on my order. No update to date...
My order was placed 5/30 23

Day 45 since I ordered and just received my promised email with the we will respond within another 45 days

BLUF, it's only useful if you have received your "45 day later" email. When you receive the 45 day later email, the above URL is pre prepopulated with your VIN and Order Number.

Once you enter your information, it will show the "step" that your order is in eg. Order confirmed date, Scheduled Week of Date, in Production date, Built date and finally a ship date.

This is not true for everyone. Your situation is just a coincidence. Plenty have gotten the second 45 day email simply stating they’ll email again in another 45 days
