The dealer still has my Raptor listed, but its says "MSRP $58,740 Final Price" yet I'm paying 5k markup.
I wonder if i can call them on it, false advertising?
I would contact your state’s Attorney General’s office and show them your screenshots and ask if your situation is legitimate. Consumer Protection is a service offered by this office, and they could tell you very quickly if there’s anything that be done. Doesn’t cost a dime to ask!

Anyone else? No updates from tracker since 3/22. I've spoken to the dealer, marketing, and chat (several times), and was told this yesterday. It has not shipped yet and is "Pending Update". I've seen the threads about QA hold, but this is not that.

"Congrats on your new vehicle! I show the status of your 2024 ranger is showing In Production& Produced at the Ford Michigan Assembly Plant, MI as of Mar-22-2024. You did have a recent ETA of Apr-02-2024 up to Apr-08-2024. Now your ETA is "Pending Update" for ETA Disposition. These are the only details given on the update at the moment."
Production date Jan 22. Updated to built in March. Been sitting in the lot ever since. It would be nice just to know why. Was it defective? There are literally stock orders identical to mine arriving at local dealerships.

Maybe someone could inquire with the same dealer to see if a $10K markup ("hey, I'm looking for a RR with less than a $10K ADM. Do you have one?") is offered for the same vehicle, though I'm not suggesting the dealer is at all dishonest.
My dealer auto populates the listing from info ford sends them on the order, including the window sticker MSRP. They finally took it down manually late last week.

The tracker doesn't know, Ford chat doesn't know, marketing doesn't know, but the plant manager and others there know exactly where it is and why, if they access your VIN/order number. Why can't they at least inform the dealer, who has probably already been invoiced? The regional manager could also find out in 5 minutes.

Do dealerships have any contacts at the Ford Plant to ask questions on their orders? My dealership doesn’t have a clue why it’s taking forever to ship even though it’s been built since 1/22.

I don't think so. But regional managers likely could inquire with corporate. The dealership sales manager would need to make enough of a stink to warrant inquiry. Probably not likely.

We picked up my wife's Ranger Raptor April 12. It was at the dealer April 10th. My tracker didn't post that it was shipped and prepped until after I had already picked it up April 12th. After driving it 200 miles today, I'm ordering me one and selling my 22 F-150, maybe 🤔

It is on hold? I ask because I stopped by the dealer this morning and I asked about the status of my Lariat built on 1/17. I saw the screen...the status said Hold in a red box next to the map showing my vehicle still at the assembly plant.

That means the quality hold has not been lifted yet. I'm not sure what Ford had to do to or check for on our trucks, but the quality hold is definitely a real thing.

No. Years ago they did, as dealers also had contacts with the way ups in Ford. Those days no longer exist. Today, a dealer is lucky to have a sales rep to call that knows any more than they do most of the time. Most of their info comes from vin view and it provides a dealer often with as much or more as their rep can.

Good luck with getting to talk to anyone but a low level grunt. You sure aren't talking to anyone at a plant anymore.

My Lariat was produced 14 March. No updates on tracker since then. Chat, marketing and dealer all show shipment is pending some sort of update. Meanwhile I’m putting half-tanks of gas in my ’12 FX hoping to be ready for the trade. Some day.

Hopefully, moving it to a ramp is good news.
It's not. According to my dealer, mine's been sitting at Ramp 59 for months.

Oh no. Sucks. I did the chat and phone call today. Got the big shoulder shrug. Dealer is baffled as well. Frustrating...
