Just received that one myselfReceived this email this morning. Nothing too exciting but I guess it’s at least something.
“We understand it has been too long since you last heard from us. Today, we wanted to give you an update on the status of your Ranger Raptor® order.
Unfortunately, continued supply chain issues are slowing things down. We’re working diligently to try and reduce these delays.
Now here’s our promise to you. We know that waiting for delivery of your Ford is far less fun than actually driving it. So, we commit to updating you as soon as we can, at least once every 45 days regarding your vehicle’s production schedule status. No matter what.
Thank you for your patience and understanding.”
Yes, I assume fairly boilerplate for now, but like you said, at least it is "something" and it does let you know you are actually in Ford's system. I just noticed it's an RR! Since RR scheduling has been moved up, hopefully you will get a "more exciting" update soon!Received this email this morning. Nothing too exciting but I guess it’s at least something.

Ditto for me today, my order went in on Day 1...probably the same thing will come 45 days from now...
I'm happy for the RR people with the scheduling apparently moving up. I too ordered an XLT. I hope Ford produces the projected numbers on the RR, and they re-tool the line for the other trim Rangers! I think for us folks in that catagory we hopefully should be okay.Probably automated since the 45 days is up. People will probably get another email when scheduling starts this week.....hopefully

THAT is a VERY interesting post! Based on reading the recent RR scheduling update, I think many are assuming it's one trim at least for the Raptor then re-tool for the others. That is where I got the notion how it works. Makes me now wonder if Ford has realized they are able to add RR in sooner then anticiptated (perhaps due to lower demand). Who knows, I give up!When I toured the F150 plant, Raptors came down the line randomly, interspersed with XLT, Lariat, etc. It was neat to watch how each was treated differently and parts were there for that specific type, option and color. At that time they were also transitioning to aluminum, and every now and then a truck rolled by and a horde of workers, inspectors, engineers, whatever, swarmed it to check it out. I assume this is how the '24 Ranger production will go, the Wayne plant line will be a mix of models, that's the Japanese way, not all 1 type, then tooling change to another.
I got that yesterday too. But since my dealer put in my retail order and a stock order not sure what this refers to, probably retail as I don't think stock orders had a customer name associated with them?Received this email this morning. Nothing too exciting but I guess it’s at least something.

Your probably right that this is refering to your retail order for the reason you stated.I got that yesterday too. But since my dealer put in my retail order and a stock order not sure what this refers to, probably retail as I don't think stock orders had a customer name associated with them?
No, you got it because it's been ~45 days since they said "We'll email you in 45 days". People have gotten them on the day they've been scheduled for Mavericks... it's an automated email, that has no knowledge of your order status. The real question is did we get this email days before they schedule because our order is not being pulled?![]()
