2024 Ranger Total Retail Unscheduled Orders (12/18/23)

Ford's weekly commodity report shows 3,006 Total Retail USOB (Unscheduled Order Bank) orders excluding Raptor, as of 12/18/23.

Retail USOB: Is the current mix of retail orders in the unscheduled order bank (USOB) at the time the report was run. The report only looks at orders that are “clean”, meaning they do not have a compatibility error, material hold or on 99 priority code.

So, 1151 Non-Raptor Rangers were scheduled last week.

Pretty sure it was somewhere in the 4400 range last week so about 1400 were scheduled. Sad thing is some were less than a month in the order bank by comments on this website.

I do have a build week of 29 January

Am I to infer that finally the line is going to start rolling for real?

I doubt there's any way to know for sure, but we'll see soon enough.

It seems like the folks on here who had December build dates have been inserted into January while the those who already had January dates have not changed. Hopefully that means January is go time.

That is if no new orders were added between 11/27 and 12/18
So do we really know how many were scheduled or just an approximant number.

I didn't consider that, but you're right. We have no way of knowing the # of new non-raptor orders and the # of customer cancellations.

But at the least, we know there's a 1472 reduction in the non-raptor backlog planned. Which in my book is good news, the best we've heard in awhile.

Customer cancelations probably never really get cancelled but end up dealer stock at that point.
