Shipping Status???

Has anyone had any more updates regarding shipping? The latest I saw was that OKTB was issued and 52 trucks were shipped. I haven’t heard (seen) anything more definitive on this since the initial post. Just curious.

Mine was released to the carrier yesterday (3/11). Got multiple texts and the dealer called snd confirmed it was on the train with ETA at the dealership of 4/13-4/19. Last night tracker wears showing it was still being built. This morning the green dot is on built with yesterday’s date.

So how come many of us who's trucks were built in January still say In Production. I was assuming that once the OKTB was issued that all trucks that were actually built would show as Built. I get that it may take some time for them to be shipped so I'm not questioning the transition from Built to Shipped. I'm only questioning the transition from In Production to Built. What is going on here?

My dealer confirmed mine had the hold released and is now on a train and I’m getting texts from the carrier updating where they are. This was last night. Fords tracker was still showing it was being built last night around 2200 as it has been since 1/12/24. This morning when I looked about 0630 the green dot was in built with the date of 3/11/24.

Mine still shows in production and ford chat confirmed no delivery eta yet. Frustrating for sure but hoping my RR ships soon.

How do you access Ford Chat?
I spoke with the department that acknowledges orders today. They don’t know anything about Ford chat, actually they don’t know much about anything lol they do know that my truck shows in progress on March 3, on the eighth, it was sent to the Body department, they told me that’s where the spray in liner is done, and that it is back now from the Body department they did say there is a end date I think she kept saying the word end, of April 11, but she really doesn’t know what that means, does that mean it is being held for another month after completion that sounds crazy to me, I’d love to speak with maybe Ford chat if they know more but I cannot find the link or how to contact them, can anyone help

Mines probably with yours as it’s going to Spokane too. I get texts from the carrier. Was just at the dealer today and they state it is in Canton. It went from Dearborn to Canton so they are probably loading today.

Honestly, you can talk to ford chat or your dealer all you want, but at the end of the day, you will get the most info when the tracker moves to built and then shipped.

My order was placed on May 28, ”clean order”, and still no build date or any guess on when it will be built. I still get the stupid letter every 45 days, but no answers. I did talk to a supervisor at corporate marketing and he was of no help either. He did say that all scheduling for the US plant was done by the ford office in the country of Manila! My dealer can’t get any answers either, only lies from ford that all retail orders are filled first and no dealers get special treatment. Meanwhile, some dealers in Texas already have one or two Rangers in stock and many more in transit, but my dealer hasn’t received the first one. At this point I do not have enough negative adjectives to describe my feelings about the way I feel about this company …..

Man…that SUCKS. I wonder why yours hasn’t at least been scheduled yet??? It seems like somehow it slipped through a corporate crack someplace. I hope you get some good news soon.

What does your dealer say? Does he have an allocation for your order? What is the priority code? Based on recent order bank numbers it looked like there was scheduling room for all clean orders, with allocations, in April.

Dealer can't get any answers either. They had allocations for only 4, and I am one of them. They haven't received a build date on any of them yet. My Priority code is 19.

19 is the lowest possible priority your dealer can assign a customer retail order. If I recall correctly from my Maverick experience, you can't even get previewed for scheduling at the factory unless you are Priority 2 or lower number. Your dealer needs to change your priority to lowest number possible he can assign to get it moving. Curious what priority the other 3 orders got at your dealership?

That's not accurate. I had a priority 19 and my truck has been built and it's on the rail headed to Spokane

Is there any part of the window sticker that changes based on if the truck shipped or not? Does the ramp change or is there a code to look out for? Or is it finalized once it is generated?
