My 2024 Ranger Lariat FX4 is delivered! Shipping by convoy took 1 day!

Got my Ranger today! It was shipped "convoy", so no train. Factory direct to Northern Virginia, which is about an 8 hour drive. I happened to try ford chat on Wednesday after status sat at built since the 13th. The rep told me it had shipped that morning and gave convoy number and ETA of the next day (Thursday). Sure enough it arrived. Now in my driveway.

I'm in Virgina also but mine is coming by Train. It was going through Roanoke and on its way to Petersburg, VA as of this Wednesday. From there it will get loaded on a convoy and delivered to the dealer. So I'm hoping next week to get the call.

Also, is that the Carbonized Gray Metallic you have right? I swear I have seen other photos that made me second guess the color as it was looking lighter than I thought it was.

Yes. Carbonized Grey Metallic. It looks great. Love it. Only looks light in the reflected light. Looks dark and awesome from afar. Gonna rain all day tomorrow so outside pics will need to wait, for now its staying nice and dry in the garage... For those interested, my blend date was 3/5. So from blend, to built, to shipped, to keys in hand was just 2 1/2 weeks. So I consider my self really lucky.

I’m in central VA and mine has been built since the 6th and so far as I know, it’s still sitting patiently on the ramp in Michigan awaiting to hop a train east!
