FWIW, I had a deposit put down on a new RR due in late May to my dealer,.......and I backed out. I am a Ford retiree, worked over 30 years, 20 of which spent in QC departments. After much review, auto industry experience, and contemplation, buying the new model with the 3.0 ecoboost and all of its issues, just wasn't worth it to me. I prefer not to roll the dice. For those of you who did purchase and are waiting for your RR, I hope you get a quality vehicle built Ford Tough, that lasts for many years.
I'll be jealous every time I see one blow by me out on the road.....
In concept the truck is great, and I had planned to keep it for a long time, with all the QC issues and now seeing how much rust is already on the frame I won't be keeping it long. I drove my GR86 for 18 months - 13000 miles and it had less interior damage and rush underneath it then my truck had at delivery.

Not sure. I’ve had the truck for just over two weeks and there’s still no difference. I’ve never had a new vehicle in which the doors were this hard to close. I’ll probably wait a couple of months before I cry foul and take it in for a realignment.
I noticed the issue with the driver’s door issue before I took possession. The dealer sent it to the body shop. A quick adjustment and I have not had an issue since

Good to know. I think I’ll take it in and see if they can make a similar adjustment.

Like I said a couple of post back, they adjusted a few things on my door and it shuts just fine now. If your doors aren’t shutting great it’s an easy fix at the dealer.

I picked up my Oxford white raptor 2 days ago and had a few fit and finish issues. The hood gaps on the sides where it meets the front fenders were off quite a bit and the driver side door was sticking out 1/8th of an inch from the rear door on the striker side. I did the adjustments myself due to trust issues with dealerships working on my vehicles. Hood gaps were actually from the fenders, just unbolt the top 3 bolts from the fenders, adjust as needed as they have built in play and retighten. As for the door, just loosened the T-40 screws on the striker and gave it a few light taps inwards. Everything is aligned perfectly now. No mechanical issues to note.

Good on you for noticing and correcting. It's a shame this is even a thing.

My tires all came inflated to ~50 psi (door sticker says 30) and my font doors require a heavy slam to close. Salesman said it's normal for the doors, I'll be checking with service soon if it doesn't loosen up.

So far that's all I've found, but going to give it a good once over and check fluids

No issues with mine. The tires were over inflated a bit, but that was an easy DIY fix not worth taking it back to the dealer.

I'm late to the party on this!

25 Lariat.

So far the bumper has a noticable panel gap (seems like it's not clipped in properly, and continues to pop out)

Driver's side door has an annoying tick/rattle

Sun visors are really loose on the roof (feels like it's going to rip off the roof when unclipping to swing over the door)

the sunglasses holder seems like the driver's side hinge isn't sitting in place properly (holder has slop on the driver's side hinge and solid on passenger side)

And now I've noticed the tailgate doesn't sit flush to the body if closed normally, if I slam it it is flush but when you go to open it after slamming the handle feels awful and like it is about to break.

One of the plastic covers under driver seat for control module was crushed by seat movement because it was installed properly. Doors requiring hard shut. Not what I would call slamming but many times door ajar light comes on. Have tried for years to get wife to stop slamming every door. No other issues have came up, less than 2000 miles.
