The new updated FordPass app is absolutely horrible and useless

It's getting tons of 1 star ratings from people now. Just wondering if anyone else still has access to their owner's manual through the app. I've never NOT had a physical owner's manual before and so it was helpful to have it on the app. It's now either super hard to find, or they removed it. Can anyone else find it?

Cannot locate owners manual either, I dislike having to go to the truck to look something up. I found an online PDF of the owners manual but lost the location. I'm sure a simple Google search will find it again.

The pdf I saw online wasn't specific to the Ranger Raptor like the one on my app was and the one on my truck screen so I didn't download it.

FWIW, online version is located at https://www.ford.com/support/owner-manuals-details/ . I believe you have to login and select your specific vehicle to see the correct manual. Was working earlier today but I'm getting an error when trying to access now.

I am not connected for updates and I am as per system in the truck.
Does not show location unless parked.

Mileage, miles to empty and tire pressure is all that is correct.

I bought a physical owners manual off eBay. Says it’s ‘Ford Authorized’ and it looks and feels legit. Looks just like the supplemental book the truck came with only a lot thicker. Also bought a Ford Performance manuals pouch that I think came from the F-150 Raptor

Well, at least the dealerships (15,000 of them), seem to be having a big problem that may not be fixed for days/weeks. Must be a nightmare for Ford, no longer having the "deals" made by customers in the system.

The app is an underdeveloped, ill thought, hodge-podge of disconnected ideas. How any Ford executive professional can think this is cool, helpful, or acceptable is bizarre.

They're the same people who read the instructions before assembling their kid's new bike or that Ikea table that their wife bought.

Seriously, I just downloaded the PDF to my phone. Also, there is no RR specific manual AFAIK, but rather RR specific sections of the generic Ranger manual.

The app actually used to be better and have more information/features... thats the sad part. I'm a software developer, so my first instinct was to look at the public API to see if I could get some of those features back, but seems like they might be hidden behind the private API. Not a lot in the public API, definitely nothing that's not included in the current iteration of the app.
