I just got my license plates and noticed that rear my temp plate was screwed directly into the bumper. Is this normal, am I missing a mounting bracket?

I should really create a video on this. My RR was delivered this way. The rear was just drilled right in. Unacceptable. This is your solution:

License Plate Bracket

Hope that link works as I’m on the mobile app, but I’m too anal to have the plate simply drilled right into the plastic of the bumper. That above is a bracket which does the same, but has threaded screw holes so you can take on and off your plates without relying on plastic threads. I take mine off every year to remove the year sticker, clean the plate (it’s a custom vanity plate) and place the new years sticker on it. ?

Hey thanks for the link. This is what I thought I was missing, but I guess Ford just delivers them drilled straight into the rear bumper.

Mine was drilled in so that the frame was pushed forward on the bottom. I had to redrill new holes so that it was centered. Really an ugly way of installing plates.
