Hello all,
I have been heavily debating how I should go about fixing the stance on the ranger raptor. The wheel just sits to far into the wheel well. I would like to stick with 33s want to go with some kenda kleevers for a more trophy kind of look but I don’t know If I should go different wheels with less offset or spacers. I know the bronco sasquatch wheels work but I just like the look of the rr wheels better. Let me know what you guys think.

For bigger tires I plan to get wheels with offset I want. I did spacers on the RR beadlock capable wheels. Make sure you get a quality hub centric option and torque to spec. Also retorque after 100 miles or so (100ft-lbs).

I used the Mishimoto Borne Off-road 30mm spacers for a Bronco fitment. 6x139.7 with 93.1 center bore. 25mm would work too with the pockets on the wheel mounting surface, but I didn’t want any of the wheel studs to protrude past the mounting surface for the wheel.

Ultimately, I would have preferred wheels with less offset. But I haven't seen any aftermarket wheels that I like more than the stock RR wheels. So for the time being I am running Bora 1" hub centric spacers.

I have had the same issue as far as finding aftermarket’s I like. First time ever I have not had a set of Black rhinos ready to go when the truck arrives. So I painted the trim rings to match an added 1.25 wheel spacers.

I dig these, can’t bring myself to run true headlocks all the time.

What do you guys think about just running a wider tire (like a 12.5) do you think that would also combat the issue

I put the Borne off-road 1.2 offset on mine. It should have come from the factory with a better offset IMO.

You're running 1"? Don't the lug nuts stick out? I thought 1.25 was the minimum for Regular rr wheels

That's a whole different topic, as you're going down the road of 35s running 315/70/17 @ 34.5. And now you're talking possible trimming, rubbing and crash bar issues if you don't lift, etc.

On the temp/cheap side, spacers will work, especially if you are set on keeping the stock rims. Ideally if you want to keep 285@33, keep looling for the exact rims you want and buy/mod once.

The nuts that hold the spacers on are shorter than the stock lug nuts so no they don't stick out.
