You can sign up for in stock alerts. That's how I got notification on the Engine Skid. I'll definitely be getting the Gas Skid when it comes back in stock.

I just asked about the remaining skids and was told the transmission and transfer case skids are being redesigned and might be a couple months out.

Good thing i didn't get it right away. The redesign would be worth the wait.

@RIVAL 4x4 - Watching your new SEMA thread in anticipation, and sure hoping we get an update on ETA for ordering full skid sets for the RR. I know in June the redesign was projected for a couple months out. Already signed up for alerts on stock status.

Bumping this thread... I assume the redesign is finished? All the skid plates show as in stock now, ordered the whole set. Installation PDFs show as the 12/27/2024 version now.

I’ve got the full set as well - just waiting for winter weather conditions to subside so garage temps are bearable.

No fitment issues that were caused by the manufacturer. I have the Ford Bronco / Ranger Raptor Transmission Crossmember Arm Skid Plate (L&R) | 2021-2025 also so I had "massage" everything to make it all fit.

In the end I installed them back to front loosely and use a floor jack to "help" the transmission skid get into place because of the crossmember skids.

I do take Rowdy off road a lot. Mostly dirt roads. Some light trail work and I have tested the skids and they work as advertised. I like the airflow and Rowdy seemed quieter in the cab. I did apply undercoating to the top (cab facing) side of the skids to help with potential noise. I had time to kill before I could install them so please don't judge me too harshly

I have the fuel tank skid also. Next I am looking for sliders at will allow these side steps. My dad is almost 86 and he needs them to get into Rowdy.

Any suggestions?

Just placed an order for the 3 plate set, shipped to my home. Crossing my fingers for a fast FedEx delivery; turns out I've got a wheeling weekend opportunity next weekend.

Weird thing - I tried to add the gas tank skid, and when that was on the order, the system said it could not ship to my home. Any idea why?

No idea about the gas tank skid. I’ve had all of their skid plates delivered to my home address without issue.
