Just wrapped up installing a set of RIVAL skid plates -- engine, transmission, transfer case and gas tank. Took about 4 hours total with just me doing the work using some Home Depot ramps and a creeper.

Seems really solid, wanted to take advantage of the nice weather to get this done before mud season starts here.

Also installed some trailing arm sensor protectors

My oldest son jist called and sent pics. He is at the ford dealer in omaha getting a 2024 ranger xl (stx) with 4x4. They told him 32k if he comes tonight to get it. So he was heading over. Thats awesome that he got 4x4 for even less then i got my 2x4

They do make contact, but it’s very
Minimal and there isn’t any rubbing as of yet

Installed a Gator EFX hard Tonneau Cover and Climart Deflector window vents. Both were perfect fits and quick/easy installs.

Used forscan to quiet the reminder chimes, and install the off road guage page on my infotainment system. Only have rear lockers but hey, the screen looks cool.

What did I do today… picked up my new 2024 Ranger Lariat 2.7/FX4 and love it! Also had the crew install my Leer tonneau as part for the deal. The fun begins!
