Hello all, a coupe months ago my local ford dealer installed a 2.5" leveling kit and basically (from what I remember) from the jump i had vibrations at highway speeds. I chalked it up to by my aftermarket tires (Ko2s) but after countless balances and also switching back to the OEM wheel and tire setup the vibrations persist. One shop has already looked at it and couldn't find the issue while two shops are going to look at it this week but both over the phone said they've never heard of something like this. I would assume the 2.5" level shouldn't be enough to cause driveline geometry issues and the difference in angles between the major components all seem to be in spec, with an exception being the center bearing to rear diff housing is a difference of 3 degrees but I still can't imagine it's that. I'm beginning to believe there's not much anyone can do but if anyone has had a similar experience or has some ideas please let me know. If the issue persists I think the next move will be to go with an actual strut lift rather then the current puck spacer I have. Thank you and happy trails.
