Same color as my 94, wish they offered that color again! Neither my 94 nor my 98 had AC...you opened the rear window and drove faster:sunglasses:

As my Dad would say when we lived in southern Arizona in 110F, a/c robs power from the engine. Open the windows.

It wasn't mine, but the company I worked for issued me a black 2001 Ranger FX4 extended cab with the V6 and a manual transmission. It was the VP's husband's hunting truck until he bought something better. He had a chrome rollbar installed in the bed with hunting lights up top. I bought a '05 SportTrac for myself a few months before I had to return the Ranger to the company HQ to be sold. Had I know beforehand I would have bought the Ranger from them instead. That was by far my favorite company vehicle in 20 years of working for that company.

Bought a '94 Aerostar back in the day which was built on the Ranger chassis. Test drove an Aerostar with a manual transmission before getting this one.

This Aerostar survived three years in Panama with the dual a/c running just about every time it was driven. Within a year of returning to the states, the compressor blew.

This is my first Ranger. I have previously owned a 1992 Dakota 5.2 and a 1997 Nissan Pickup (awesome name BTW). Both were very basic, as is my XL Ranger. I like simple trucks.

Had this 93 from new until about 2004. Put a killer stereo in it and had a lot of good adventures in that truck. After owning another suv for 20 years, last year I bought a Ranger Raptor and put in a killer stereo. I guess I missed it, and looking for new adventures.
