Yes, bottom of the mirror. Took a little tweaking to get it straight, but it was simple. Comes with a 2 pronged tool for adjustment. Took about 5 min to install and adjust both sides.

Put in the seat risers I ordered last week.
I wanted more lift in the back of the seat to better take pressure off the back of my legs on long drives.

Hardest part was getting these dang bolt covers off so I could loosen the bolts on the front of the seat. Lol
‘Managed to gouge them up a bit getting them off.
