Do think they are interchangeable, at least here in US.
Ford list different PNs for 19-23 (US 5G), and 24+ (US 6G).
And if you visit websites for parts, they also show different PNs. They also ask if your 5G has steel or aluminum steering knuckles, so that may be another difference.
