There are two, threaded bolt holes on the inside of the bed just below the front hold-down bracket attachment point. However, with a spray in liner, the threads get clogged with excess spray. I used an 8mm tap to clean out the threads, then the included 8mm bolt threaded in just fine. For folks with the factory spray in liner where are you attaching the brackets for the safety tethers?
Is it extending over the tailgate cap at all? It looks like it ends almost where the tailgate cap starts? Any leak issues so far? Finally got my truck yesterday. Installed mine today. Great fit. Easy install.

It does hang over the tailgate. Enough to stop water. At the front they provide a large foam piece that sticks onto the bed and blocks any water coming in. So far it's been perfect and I'm in Florida. We get rain lolIs it extending over the tailgate cap at all? It looks like it ends almost where the tailgate cap starts? Any leak issues so far?
How do they address the large gap at the front edge of the bed next to the rear window?
Don't forget, there is no such thing as 100% waterproof. I have owned several and this cover is by far the best, and without the annoying tubes!Mine has been a bit leaky. It seems to be getting under the (too) small tonneau rubber gasket on the sides where it barely drapes over the metal rails. It might be getting in the back slightly as well because it seems like it doesn't compress quite enough. That one might be solvable by very slightly adjusting the rails, if I'm inclined to fix that. I am probably going to trim out the gasket/rails with a small amount of additional gasketing once it gets warm out and settles. Will have to see once I can test it with a hose and put a camera inside.
Most of the water doesn't get in, but slow leaks in heavy rain (or pressure washing like at the car wash) do happen. To that end, it's slightly better than my previous tonneau (Truxedo X15), but I think it can still be improved.
Sounds just like what someone without crippling OCD and perfectionism would sayDon't forget, there is no such thing as 100% waterproof. I have owned several and this cover is by far the best, and without the annoying tubes!
wrong, I am a freak about stuff like this, and that is why after several attempts I found this cover to be the best. Go look at most my other posts and threads, they scream OCD.Sounds just like what someone without crippling OCD and perfectionism would say
Hey did you ever sort out the leakage? Just installed this cover and am having leak issues - Just made a post about itMine has been a bit leaky. Thanks for this. I Installed mine on Sunday and that phantom 4th clamp has been driving me nuts. I was just about to email Leer about it.I had difficulty with the HF6540M instructions in the box that didn't match the parts/hardware for the '25 Ranger so got some tips from danmoochie and LEER sent over some additional instructions and images in the pdf.

Mostly yes. However, the biggest problem is the thin foam underneath where the cover sits on the rails. It's fine but doesn't handle pressure from the side (e.g. car wash).Hey did you ever sort out the leakage? Just installed this cover and am having leak issues - Just made a post about it
That seems to be my leak source as well. Any tips on improving the situation? Mine leaked a ton all the way around in just regular rainMostly yes.
