So I want to do a little review of my experience with RealTruck.com.
I originally ordered the Gator EFX for my 26 RR. This forum informed me about the bed rails change for 26 making them different from the 24-25RR. So I used their electronic system to ask about fitment and I called. I don't remember the reps name I spoke to but he was really nice. I explained my dilemma and at first he even thought the bed was the same on the 26 until he looked it up. I had received the Gator, but I did not even open it. With the reps help we put in an order for the RealTruck Undercover Select which in all honesty looks like the same exact cover as the Gator. I know Undercover are made in the USA, We also setup the return of the Gator back to RealTruck at no charge to me. RealTruck didn't have any in stock so it was drop shipped from the manufacturer.
The RealTruck rep who helped me was outstanding! He was cheerful, friendly, knowledgeable and quick. As soon as he understood my issue he was quick on helping me with the solution.

The only negative in this story has to do with the Undercover sent from the manufacturer. It came with no instructions for the cover none, nada, zip! The only instructions it had were for the free grabby rod thing they throw in with the cover. Luckily I spent the morning of its arrival surfing the webs and I found a YouTube video of a Ranger install with their higher end trifold product. I knew exactly what to do to attach the bedrails!

The return process went smoothly they refunded me the day after they had received the Gator cover.

As for the online system. It eventually told me via email that yes the cover I ordered would not fit and gave me a part number of one that would. I would say calling is your best bet to get real honest to goodness customer service.

Thank you RealTruck!
