Around town it was a joy to drive, but at 65-75mph for 4-8 hours It was painful. Plus I couldn't even hear my kid in the back when he tried to speak to me. That got really annoying!
can confirm... and my 2 boys are loud lol but man we did a couple of offroad excursions and man did they love it

I was asked if I had to decide between my 2026 Ranger or my 2024 Bronco, and had to keep only one, which one would I choose?

Here is the Ranger:

With 405 horsepower, and it being new to me, it has the advantage.

Here is the Bronco:

It is a 2-Door with the 2.7 twin turbo and a quite rare Bronco with the Badlands Package and the LUX package. 4-Doors are most common. In 2025, this package was only available in the Stroop Edition, which with the color scheme, it looks like a candy corn with blue mold on one end (opinion).

The Bronco is definitely better for rock crawling off-road parks, which this one has proved worthy.

The Ranger is still capable off-road, but in a different environment as opposed to the Bronco when it tries to prove itself.

The Bronco handing is kinda mushy... the Ranger is more planted.
The Bronco is more fun to drive off-road, and the Ranger is better on road.
The Ranger is quicker.
The Bronco is cuter.

If I had to pick only one, I would pick the Ranger Raptor.................. but I will NEVER get rid of the Bronco!
I do love the Bronco and always look forward to driving it.

The Raptor is just on a different level...!!!
I went through the same predicament but in reverse. I was deciding whether to a RR or a Bronco with the 2.7t V6 and bigger tires like yours, only a 4 door.

I went with the RR because I knew that most of my driving would be on roads and the RR has much better on road manners than the Bronco. The Bronco is really jittery on road, and no matter what you do, the roof panels squeak/rattle, and its much nosier. Though the lack of sound deadening material in the RR makes it not as quiet as it could be, but a weekend project to install the sound deadening material in the doors does wonders and everyone should do it.

The Broncos fit and finish are better than the RR, including the seats, and it has rear console mounted HVAC while the RR does not. I also like the Broncos physical buttons for HVAC,, the RR has a mix of some physical buttons and some touch screen ones, which I hate.

In all, I went with the RR because of its on-road manners and utility of a truck. It drives sedan-like on road until you hit some big imperfections that let you know you are in a body on frame vehicle. The added power makes it a lot more fun too.

Honestly, you couldnt go wrong either way. Its personal preference for you at this point. I would keep the RR, but that is my opinion.
