All the local government or insurance company has to do is look at the difference between the timestamps from two different cameras to know if you’re speeding.

They can easily automate the tickets or insurance rate increases

I've not heard of them doing that and I think law enforcement is too lazy, speed cameras provide that info anyways. The original post was more about insurance carriers.

Yes, it will disable all Ford Pass useage, which I'd be fine with. I don't use apps to start my cars. Only reason I havent disconnected yet is because you lose out on over the air updates.

As far as I understand you can reinstall the fuse and still update, everything else works as intended.

I don't use the app to reduce data collection and the remote start feature works as intended.

You can pop the fuse back in for updates, I regularly use the remote fob start.
