I just bought a 2025 Ranger XLT with FX4 ($1,095) and tech ($1,100) packages plus:

Sticker price was $46,675.
I paid $43,284.15.
This was a reduction of $3,390.85.
This was at Balise Ford of Wilbraham in MA.

I read somewhere (maybe here) that the E pricing is worth about 7.5% off, i confirmed that searching with dealers online advertising MSRP minus 7.5% equaling E pricing , so yours was 7.5% off too.

I ordered my Ranger on the first week in January. I received the employee price reduction. It was $3,100.00 off the sticker. Ask your dealer if they participate in that program if you ordered your vehicle before they came out with this promotion.

I bought an XLT with sticker price $44,590 and the discount was $3,170. Out the door including taxes, license and fees $44,577, so basically it covered everything after sticker.

I was interested in some vehicles that the dealer had in manufacturing and since they weren't sure of the delivery date, they couldn't assure me the discount (it would have applied if the delivery had been prior to the deadline, but they didn't think they would be there in time - or at least thats what they told me).

Picking it up tomorrow!

Farley announced on CNN that the employee pricing will now be running through July 6.

He also said that he can't guarantee prices won't go up after the employee pricing offer.

Call your dealer now to see if he will do it. I call my dealer a head of time to make sure. I order my Ranger in January and my dealer gave me the employee pricing. Pick it up 3 day ago.

These dealers have more room than this. I ordered my 25 Lariat in Nov (before employee pricing). I got 3K off MSRP and walked out 2K under after the doc fee and sales tax, title fee.

Their employee pricing is a joke. The most you’ll get is $1500.00 off the price of selected car and trucks. If anyone is expecting a large amount off, forget it.

They owe me at least my 1st oil change for free or there will be hell to pay!

I politely gave the dealer hell and tried everything to get anything on top of the employee discount (discounts, service, lift install, etc) and they gave nothing else. Dealer is a monopoly in a seasonal market (season is about to start) and they would have sold the vehicle either way, so maybe more stubborn than others. Whatever - I’m stoked for the truck and have already spent any savings on wheels etc.
